A Neighbourhood Plan is a document that sets out planning policies for a local area. It highlights areas that we want to protect and how development should meet the needs of the community. The Parish Council is carrying out a review of our Neighbourhood Plan and is not propsing to allocate any more sites. This review will look at policies that could be included and will look to align the end date with the new Rother Local Plan.

A Neighbourhood Plan Committee has started meeting monthly to understand what should be included in the review. If you would like to come along to one of the meetings, they are open to anyone living or working in the village.
