Every year in the Autumn the Parish Council starts to look at the budget required for the next financial year in order to submit a precept demand to Rother District Council. When considering the precept the Parish Council looks carefully at the impact on local residents by calculating the effect on the council tax. The process is done in accordance with S41 of The Local Government Finance Act 1992.
